24- Hour Cancellation Policy

The Vocal Academy requires at least 24-hours notice in the event of a conflict with your scheduled lesson. We recognize emergencies, family deaths, and sudden onset of an illness are exceptions to this policy, but all other circumstances without proper notice will be charged. 

This policy is in place so we can pay our expenses and our teachers for their time. 

Payment for lessons is due upon completion of the lesson unless otherwise communicated with your instructor. If we do not receive payment within three days of your lesson, we will send reminders and requests for payment. We reserve the right to remove a student from our schedule for multiple missed lessons and/or failure to pay for services rendered.
